Crossroads live on KTLA!

In case you missed it, Crossroads went live on KTLA’s Morning News on Sunday, July 12, to talk about Crossroads’ expansion into Orange County. The segment aired live at 8:15 a.m. and was filmed at KTLA’s state-of-the-art studio on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. Let’s break down what it was like on set and what this momentum means for Crossroads.

What it was like

KTLA has an incredible studio. Located at Sunset Bronson Studios on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, the set was constructed in 2022. Before going live, I waited in the KTLA waiting room, which held the infamous KTLA photobooth where celebrities (and I) took photos before going on air. When the time came, the producer walked me to the set, which, in person, is much grander than one would expect. The entire room was well-lit but silent as the anchors reported the weather. Once an ad break began, I sat down next to the anchors, who were some of the nicest people I have ever met. They made the interview super easy and even congratulated me after it was done. What this means for the future

After going live, a ton of resources reached out to Crossroads to be featured on the site. The viewership jumped up, and the number of resource distributions increased as well. If Crossroads' success in San Diego proved the site works, the Orange County expansion proves that Crossroads can be replicated in any region. Next, Crossroads is looking elsewhere to expand. I look forward to what the future holds for Crossroads and where Crossroads might go next!
